    Toni is a comprehensive certified Pilates instructor with classical and contemporary training, plus additional certification through Studio Pilates International (athletic focus). She leads supportive, energizing sessions tailored to each client.

    She also specializes in pre/postnatal Pilates and regularly works with clients in this area, having recently led a CPF workshop on the topic. Her favorite form of self-care (besides Pilates, of course)? Cryotherapy after class.
