Single Session: Body Assessment

Come see the studio, we’ll discuss what you’ve been looking for out of your training routine while starting a workout and seeing how you move.

10 Sessions: Fresh Start
(6 month expiry)

Let’s do it. You’re ready to commit and get on the schedule - we’ll book in a recurring weekly slot, set a goal and start our training. In 10 sessions you’ll feel a difference.

Monthly Membership: Allstar (8 sessions/month)

$960/month

Commit to 8 sessions a month for 3 months ($120/session). We’ll set a goal and see you in the studio every week. You’ll see how well consistency works and become an Allstar.

FAQs

  • While it depends on your goals we’d recommend 2-3 sessions a week, you’ll see your strength, balance, control, and flexibility improve quickly. Our sessions will be programmed around your goals and we’ll make sure you leave every session feeling your best.

  • Pilates can be a great component of a healthy weight loss journey. Combined with a healthy diet you’ll see improvements not only in weight but strength, balance and confidence.

    Depending on your goals (body neutrality, weight loss, weight gain, etc) we will cater the session to your specific needs.

  • Yes! We have a private space in Chelsea (hidden in an office building) where it’s you, your instructor + the Pilates Reformer. It’s a completely private, 1x1 space where you’ll work entirely on the Pilates Reformer challenging your strength, balance, and mobility.

  • Try it for yourself - you’ll see how custom, slowed-down strength training on the Pilates Reformer will have a major impact on your body.

    Our clients see changes in their bodies, their confidence, their flexibility, and beyond. A Pilates foundation goes well beyond the studio. We’ll change how you move and approach exercise.
